1. Acceptance of Terms:
By accessing this website or engaging Beer System Solutions (“we”, “us”, “our”), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, you must not use our services or website.

2. Services:
We provide commercial and domestic beverage system services including but not limited to:

  • Beer tap installation, repair, and maintenance

  • Beer line cleaning and hygiene servicing

  • Refrigeration servicing and support

  • Keg management systems and dispensing solutions

  • Portable refrigeration and bar system hire

  • Emergency breakdown and call-out services

Services are provided subject to availability and written or verbal agreement.

3. Quotes & Pricing:
All quotes are valid for 30 days unless otherwise stated

  • Prices may change if site conditions differ from initial assessment

  • Additional work required outside scope will be charged at standard rates

  • GST (if applicable) is included or stated clearly on invoices

4. Bookings & Cancellations:

  • Service bookings must be confirmed via phone, email, or written communication

  • Cancellations made within 24 hours of appointment may incur a call-out fee

  • Repeated cancellations or no-shows may require prepayment for future services

5. Payment Terms:

  • Payment is due on completion of service unless otherwise agreed in writing

  • Commercial clients may be offered approved credit terms

  • Overdue invoices may incur late fees and recovery costs

6. Warranty & Liability:

  • We warrant workmanship will be performed with reasonable skill and care

  • No guarantee is given for pre-existing system faults or equipment failure outside our control

  • We are not liable for loss of beer stock, business interruption, or indirect damages

  • Consumer Guarantees Act 1993 rights remain unaffected for non-business customers

7. Customer Responsibilities

Customers must ensure:

  • Safe and reasonable access to work areas

  • Equipment is isolated or safe to service

  • Accurate information is provided regarding system issues

  • Compliance with alcohol licensing and workplace safety requirements

8. Risk & Damage:

  • Risk passes to the customer upon completion of service

  • We are not responsible for pre-existing damage or hidden system faults

  • Any accidental damage caused by us will be assessed and rectified reasonably

9. Health & Safety:
We comply with NZ Health and Safety at Work Act 2015. Customers must:

  • Provide safe working environments

  • Inform us of any hazards on-site

  • Ensure compliance with food and beverage hygiene regulations

10. Intellectual Property:
All website content, branding, and materials remain the property of Beer System Solutions and may not be copied or reproduced without permission.

11. Website Use
You agree not to:
